During one of the hardest periods Gaza has faced, crossings were closed, food disappeared from homes, and thousands of families lost the ability to secure even the most basic necessities. Humanitaire Pour Le Monde launched a major food basket initiative to deliver urgent support to besieged and devastated areas. The goal was simple and clear: food must reach those who could no longer access it. Thousands of food baskets were prepared and delivered through multiple emergency phases, including essential groceries, fresh vegetables, and ready food portions designed to carry families through critical days. The baskets moved from storage to trucks, then through narrow streets where survivors lived, until they reached homes that had faced hunger long before safety. This support was more than material aid—it was a message of life and solidarity during isolation and hardship. Every dollar of this project was used to provide food to families who could no longer buy or find it in a time when markets had almost disappeared. This initiative helped restore warmth to family tables and renewed hope for people who were close to giving up under hunger and overwhelming conditions.
