The village includes residential apartments of 75 m\u00b2 and 100 m\u00b2, built to ensure dignified living conditions. It also features recreational areas, landscaped green spaces, clean water access, and community service facilities. To promote long-term empowerment, the project established a computer education hall, youth training spaces for both boys and girls, nursing training programs, and electronic engineering courses for children. A mosque was constructed within the village to serve as a spiritual and community center. The entire village is secured with a protective perimeter wall, surveillance cameras, and on-site security to ensure the safety of all residents.
